At Zeenus, we are committed to delivering authentic, premium-quality fragrances. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.
Returns
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will only be provided if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The perfume bottle is damaged or broken during delivery.
- The perfume is leaking upon arrival.
- An item is missing from your order.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order ID.
- Share an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- Share clear photos showing the issue.
Please Note:
Replacement requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:
- A replacement is not available.
- The ordered product is out of stock.
- The order is cancelled before dispatch.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened perfumes
- Used perfumes
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
